You will be responsible for evaluating the accuracy of data, comparing multiple sources of information, identifying patterns in data and using judgement to take decisions on data quality. Training will be provided andyou will have the opportunity to develop your skills on an ongoing basis. You will also be required to make outbound phone calls to business representatives and interact with senior employees. You will provide direct feedback about the process and the results of the work thereby ensuring thehighest quality and efficiency standards are reached. This role is in a fast-paced working environment where you will be flexible and capable of adjusting to new instructions as often as on a weekly basis.
Successful candidates will have previous experience working for an onlineor technology company. They may have worked with gaming & web development companies or online translations providers and been involved in localisation. They may have also built up a valuable skill set through non work related activities such as blogs, web site creations etc.
The candidateshould have been educated in a recognised university and obtained an honours level Bachelors Degree or equivalent. Ideally the candidate would study a relevant course i. e. computer science, multimedia studies, translations, online communications etc but a strong degree is always a plus.
