Responsibilities: * You will be responsible for responding to a wide range of customer calls regarding all aspects of our clients service, * The role involves using excellent customerservice skills and a wide range of IT systems and processes to resolve customers technical problems and queries * Updating & maintaining databases and systems
Requirements: * Bilingual Finnish, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish + English * Experience working in aCustomer Service or technical support, call centre environment * Ability to deliver a high level of customer service with a confident and professional manner * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technically savvy * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
