They have centralised their EMEA support centre in Dublin, Ireland and are now looking to hire an experienced Team Manager. Role: You will be reporting to the Service Delivery Manager and you will be responsible for delivery of SLA and operational requirements of the assigned account. Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: - Managing the productivity of the team - Ensuring that all quality targets areachieved - Managing costs of your team to ensure profitability - Managing work schedule, attendance, time keeping and team time sheets for your team - Delivery of Performance Management for your team - Running of monthly team meetings - Assisting in the recruitment process of newagents - Participation in other projects as required Skills: The ideal candidates will have in depth knowledge of contact services industry and best practices. You need to have min 12 months experience in managing a team. You need to demonstrate effective communication skills as wellas people and performance management skills.
